| PREMATURE Pacifiers |
Many premature babies are given specially designed pacifiers, such as the MAM PREEMIE Pacifier Size 1 and Size 2, while they are still in the hospital.
When leaving the hospital, the weight of the babies is quite often below 2,500 g and the pacifiers available in retail outlets are usually too big. In order to help to make the transition from the premature pacifier to a normal pacifier, MAM has developed a pacifier transition set.
The PREMATURE TRANSITION Box consists of:
3 MAM PREEMIE Pacifier Size 3, Silicone
This pacifier was developed especially for premature babies and fulfils the needs of the transition phase until the baby is big enough to use the pacifiers for newborn babies which are available in normal retail outlets. It can be used up to a max. weight of 2,500g (5lbs 8oz).
and
3 Mini Ulti Pacifier, Silicone
Mini Ulti MAM pacifiers are intended for newborn babies from 0 to 7 months and are also available in normal retail outlets. They can be used once a weight of about 2,200g (4lbs 13oz) is reached.
