How can I order products from the online shop?

To order a product, you must first add it to your own personal shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to Shopping Basket” button. As soon as you have finished selecting the products you want, you can send off your order by clicking on the “Submit Order” button.

How do I know whether you have received my order?

As soon as you submit your order and we have received it, we will send you confirmation of receipt. You can then print out the confirmation and keep it for future reference.

What happens if the product I have ordered is not currently available?

If the product which you have ordered is not currently available, we will of course notify you of this straight away. Should the product be unavailable for more than two weeks, you shall be entitled to cancel your order if you wish.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

We endeavour to deliver all products (with the exception of any individual products) within two weeks of receiving your order. However, we do guarantee to deliver within four weeks at the very latest. If the two-week deadline is missed, we will of course notify you of this.

When will I receive my MAM Individual products?

The individual MAM articles (dummies, dummy ribbons, combi boxes, trend sets, small oral care set, large oral care set) are custom-made products and can be manufactured only after your order has been received. As a result, the delivery times for these products are longer. We will deliver your MAM Individual articles within eight weeks of receiving your order.
If, however, the relatively long production process results in delays, we will of course notify you of this in good time.

Is there a minimum order value for the online shop?

Yes. The minimum order value for the online shop is €19.00.

Is there a maximum order value for the online shop?

Yes. The maximum order value for the online shop is €500.00.

What do the prices quoted include?

The prices which are quoted on our website include packaging costs and value added tax.
In addition, a one-off charge will be added to each order to cover the costs of transport.

How will my order be sent?

Your order will be sent by post.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order either using a credit card or, if you have a German bank account, by direct debit.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Worldwide (exception USA)

What happens to my data?

Any data which you provide will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Naturally, we do not pass on your data to third parties.
We collect, process or use your data only to the extent that is necessary in order to deal with your order. We will not use your data for advertising or market research purposes, unless you have given us your permission to do so. Your data can also be deleted upon request.

Can I change the data I have provided without placing an order?

Yes. Naturally, you can change your data at any time. You can view, change or delete your data whenever you want simply by clicking on the “Change MAM Club Account” button.

Can I return the goods I have ordered?

Yes. You can return your order within one month of receipt and without having to specify a reason. To do so, simply send the products back to us. (Exception: individual products. The fact that these products are custom-made means that they may not be returned.)
