Our returns policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of one month. This period shall begin as soon as you have received the goods (or, where applicable, the first part of your delivery) together with details of the withdrawal procedure.
You may either return the goods yourself or submit a written notice of withdrawal. Depending on which of these options you choose, you must ensure that you return the goods or send off your notice of withdrawal on time in order to comply with the deadline.

Cases in which goods cannot be returned:
You may no longer return a product if you have opened the product packaging and the product can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.
MAM Individual products are made to your own specifications and manufactured following receipt of your order. The fact that these products are custom-made means that they may not be returned.
