Returns Policy

You may either return the goods yourself or submit a written notice of withdrawal. Depending on which of these options you choose, you must ensure that you return the goods or send off your notice of withdrawal on time in order to comply with the deadline.

Returning products

1. Parcel up goods to be returned

Please only return goods to us in their original packaging. You may no longer return a product if you have opened the product packaging and the product can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.

2. Send the parcel to the following address

3. Return Costs

There are no return shipping costs.

4. Refund

As soon as the returned goods have been booked in, you will receive an email confirmation. The relevant amount will be immediately refunded onto your credit card.

5. MAM Individual products


MAM Individual products are made to your own specifications and manufactured following receipt of your order. The fact that these products are custom-made means that they may not be returned. For more detailed information, please see our General Terms and Conditions of Business.
