To order a product, you must first add it to your own personal shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. As soon as you have finished selecting the products you want, you can finalise your order by clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button.

As soon as we receive your submitted order, we will send you an order confirmation mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch with the associated tracking number. You can then print out the confirmation and keep it for future reference.

If the product which you have ordered is currently not available, we will of course notify you of straight away. Should the product be unavailable for more than two weeks, you shall be entitled to cancel your order if you wish. Among other benefits, we offer our MAM Club members the possibility to receive automated product availability mails.

We endeavour to deliver all products (with the exception of any individual products) within two weeks of receiving your order. However, we do guarantee to deliver within four weeks at the very latest. If the two-week deadline is missed, we will of course notify you of this.

The MAM Individual products are custom-made products and can be manufactured only after your order has been received. As a result, the delivery times for these products are longer. We will deliver your MAM Individual products within 2-6 weeks after receiving your order, depending on the shipping country.


If, however, the relatively long production process results in delays, we will of course notify you of this right away.

A minimum order value for the online shop is applicable to users shopping as a guest, it accounts for €19.00. All MAM Club members can purchase products in the MAM online shop without a minimum order value.

Yes. The maximum order value for the online shop is €500.00.

The prices which are quoted on our website include packaging costs and value added tax. Delivery charges will be added for all guest orders and orders from MAM Club members that do not exceed an order value of €20. Delivery charges do not apply for MAM Club members if their order exceeds a €20 order volume.


VAT will be deducted at the checkout for deliveries to non-EU countries.

Your order will be sent by our international postal service partner.

You can choose how to pay for our MAM products. We now offer the following payment options in our online shop:

  •          Direct banking*

 *Direct banking is available in the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria.

We deliver globally – with the exception of the following countries:

  • Brazil

Any data which you provide will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Naturally, we do not pass on your data to third parties.
We collect, process or use your data only to the extent that is necessary in order to deal with your order. We will not use your data for advertising or market research purposes, unless you have given us your permission to do so. Your data can also be deleted upon request.

Yes, you can change your data at any time. You can view, change or delete your data whenever you want simply by clicking on the “My Account” button.

Yes. You can return your order within one month of receipt and without having to specify a reason. To do so, fill out the return delivery note and enclose it in your return delivery. (Exception: MAM Individual products. The fact that these products are custom-made means that they may not be returned.)
