Returns - how does it work?

How does the return work at MAM?

You would like to return items? No problem! 
You can return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt of the order.

1. Pack the return goods

Simply put the items in their original packaging in the package. It is not necessary to fill out a return slip. 

If you have already opened the packaging of the product, it can unfortunately no longer be resold for hygienic reasons. Therefore, such items may no longer be returned and refunded.  

 In this way you also help us to avoid having to destroy MAM products.

2. Send back the package

You bear the costs if the return comes from an order from a non-EU country.
Send the parcel to the following address:

A return from an EU country is free of charge for you.
Simply stick the return label (included with your order) on the package. If you need a new return label, please contact our 
customer service. Take your parcel to the nearest parcel shop. Use the shipping partner specified on the return label.  It is best to keep the return receipt issued until we confirm your return.

3. Receive refund

After you have handed in your return to the shipping partner, processing takes about 14 days. As soon as we have received and checked the return, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and the amount of your purchase will be refunded.
Depending on the payment method, this takes about 3 working days.
The refund will be made using the payment method you selected when placing your order.
