People from all over the world pursuing one aim

Working life at MAM reflects this self-portrayal, which transcends national boundaries not just in geographic and linguistic terms:

The around 350 employees who work for MAM are constantly involved in a global exchange of ideas and information – with the technical teams in Thailand and Hungary and also with sales colleagues from Brazil to Sweden and business partners in places as diverse as South Africa and Korea.
Meetings are usually held in English.
Constant, international updating with renowned experts from the worlds of design, science, medicine and engineering requires an openness to and respect for other ways of thinking.
Modern, individually tailored training and further training programmes add an extra dimension to the career path at MAM.
You will find a young, multicultural and gender-balanced team working for MAM: you'll find employees aged under 20 working alongside colleagues who have migrated to a new country and women in management positions.

"Compatibility", that's to say striking a balance between work and family life, is not even an issue at MAM. Or, more precisely, it is not a problem issue but rather something that is actively promoted. This is where the "MAM principle", as it's jokingly referred to internally by MAM employees, comes into play: The  best ideas emerge when people with children and people who don't (yet) have any children work together.

And whether they're a designer, controller, technician or managing director, all the people at MAM strive to achieve the same aim: they want to provide children with the best possible support in their development and help discerning parents to cater for their baby's everyday needs.
