Return Policy

 

1. Register a return

Please contact our customer support team via the contact form to request a return.

2. Arrange a collection

The customer support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to:
  • provide a return label for your return parcel
  • arrange a date and time for pick up of the return parcel based on your preferences

The pick up day needs to be at least 2 working days after the request, on Monday - Friday (weekends are not applicable) and the time window needs to be a minimum of 3 hours.

3. Refund

As soon as the items have been returned and processed, you will receive a confirmation email together with your refund. Please note: If payment was made by credit card or Apple Pay, the refund will appear in your bank account with with the name "Mollie" (name of the payment provider).

Return Costs

There are no return shipping costs.

MAM Individual Products

MAM Individual products are made to your own specifications and manufactured following receipt of your order. The fact that these products are custom-made means that they may not be returned. For more detailed information, please see our General Terms and Conditions of Business. 

FAQ Returns

You will receive an email within 14 days to confirm the refund of your order. Once received, please allow up to 3 working days for the funds to return to your payment method.
From the date you receive the goods, you have one month to notify us of your wish to return your order. You can do this by visiting our contact form.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of a product if it has been opened or used.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of one month. This period shall begin as soon as you have received the goods (or, where applicable, the first part of your delivery) together with details of the withdrawal procedure.

You may either return the goods yourself or submit a written notice of withdrawal. Depending on which of these options you choose, you must ensure that you return the goods or send off your notice of withdrawal on time in order to comply with the deadline.

a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, via the 
contact form) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
